Puppy Application

Once you’ve decided that Prairie Doodle Dogs breeding standards and philosophy aligns with yours  and you are ready to move forward, Please fill out our application in its entirety.  We will give you a call within 48 hours to discuss any questions or concerns before requesting the application fee and adding your family to our puppy list.

If Yes, please consult with your allergist if a doodle is right for you.
Puppies can only be kenneled for 2 to 3 hours at a time when they first come home.
The initials above must match the applicants name.
